The Proposal Specialist will play a leading role in the development of the technical portion of the RFQ/RFP process, including coordinating the flow of information from contributors to meet all deadlines and tracking action items to achieve a coordinated team effort and ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met.

What you will do

• Analyzes the call for tenders (RFQ, RFP). Structure the response to be provided to the client. Prepare the qualification / proposal schedule, the responsibility matrix and the compliance list.
• Organizes and leads the kick‑off meeting, coordination meetings and technical review meetings. Determine the winning themes and the key messages to convey. Monitors progress against the qualification / proposal timeline and ensures actions are tracked and completed on time.
• Develops high quality and persuasive content by showcasing our expertise.
