Own end-to-end proposal development for sales projects, covering technical, commercial, and scheduling aspects
Design and optimize plant/system concepts aligned with customer requirements and operational feasibility
Analyze customer specifications and coordinate closely with internal experts, partners, and stakeholders
Present technical solutions to customers and support sales/contract managers during negotiations
Manage technical documentation and contribute to contract finalization, with occasional travel (~20%)
Qualifications
Trained Engineer (mechanical, process, chemical) with 5+ years’ experience in proposal or process engineering, preferably in international plant business
Strong technical understanding combined with strong project management and communication skills for a diverse audience (from engineering up to C-level)
