Job Description

The Proposal Manager will work closely with our technical and project leaders to position WSP and win profitable business. The role encompasses managing work‑winning activities from capture through to the convert phase of the WSP Winning Work lifecycle. The Proposals Manager’s core functional duties include managing and coordinating the interfaces between business leaders, technical staff and other members of the proposals team to produce high-quality proposals.

Responsibilities

• Managing/facilitating the delivery of bids across the procurement lifecycle, including proposal kick‑off, winning and review meetings.
• Following WSP best practice and complying with governance processes, including supporting qualification, review and close‑out procedures (e.g., lessons‑learned reviews).
