Role Objective:

The Real Estate Sourcing Manager is responsible for identifying and acquiring suitable properties as per the organization's requirements. The role includes market research, property scouting, building broker/owner relationships, and coordinating site visits and documentation.

Source residential/commercial properties through direct owners, brokers, and online/offline channels.

Maintain a strong network with brokers, landlords, and developers for off-market opportunities.
