The Role The postholder will primarily undertake disrepair, damp, and stock condition surveys to identify required works and drive improvements across our homes. Key responsibilities include: Assessing stock condition, Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) compliance, and energy efficiency standards. Producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
