We are looking for 60 REAL ESTATE SALES CONSULTANT to join our BACOLOD Inhouse Sales team.

Roles:

• Promotes FLI properties through manning, advertisements and other effective strategies.
• Provides site tour for ocular visits
• Prospects and source potential clients and provide excellent customer service
• Ensures closing of sales
• Prepare necessary paperwork for the client and ensures collection of required documents
• Develops and maintains client database
• Prepares and facilitates effective client presentations
• Renders overall Customer Service
• Ensures efficient delivery of monthly sales target.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
