Job Brief:

We are looking for a proactive person to source and manage properties for us remotely from the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Finding good quality houses, flats and commercial properties in desirable locations which are easy to rent. Mainly in the UK via websites like Rightmove and Zoopla.
• Conducting financial due diligence on potential purchases
• Building relationships with key stakeholders such as estate agents, insurance brokers, mortgage brokers, solicitors etc.
• Arrange viewings via our contacts in the UK
• Presenting potential deals to the director
• Completing all paperwork for solicitors, mortgage lenders and other stakeholders
• Sourcing tenants
• Managing tenants and co-ordinating with maintenance providers
• Assisting the director with a wide range of ad-hoc tasks
