supports the Property Manager/Condo Manager in the day-to-day management and operations of residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the property. Conduct routine inspections of common areas, facilities, and equipment. Attend to residents' feedback, complaints, and service requests. Coordinate maintenance, repair, and improvement works with contractors and service providers. Monitor the performance of security, cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance contractors. Process renovation applications, work permits, and access arrangements. Prepare purchase orders (POs), quotations, service requests, and work orders. Verify invoices and support budget tracking and expenditure monitoring.
