As a Property Manager within Driven Asset Management, you will be responsible for responsible for the day‑to‑day management of assigned properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, timely maintenance resolution, and compliance with tenancy regulations.
Tenant & Lease Management
- Manage tenant screening, onboarding, and move‑in/move‑out processes.
- Administer lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.
- Enforce lease terms, property rules, and tenancy obligations.
- Manage rent collection, monitor arrears, and implement recovery actions as required.
- Oversee security deposit administration, including collection, reconciliation, and refunds.
- Conduct market rent reviews and support leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Develop and implement vacancy management initiatives to optimize occupancy levels.
