Responsibilities: Oversee the team in management and maintenance of buildings and common properties Administer tenancy/lease related matters Managing yearly budgets and doing presentations Work closely with Councilors, Residents, Grassroots' Organizations and relevant Government Agencies
Requirements: Degree in Building Services/Facilities Management/Real Estate Business or other building related Degree Entry level candidates with relevant qualification welcome to apply Candidates with more years of relevant position will be considered for Senior role Team Player with high Integrity, Leadership, Problem-Solving and Interpersonal skills Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Normal office hours with 1-half day Saturday, every 3 weeks once)
