QUALIFICATIONS ;

- The property manager is responsible for the day to day operations and financial performance of assigned properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction maximizing property value, and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

- This role requires a strong understanding of property management principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors and owners

- At least three ( 3) years working experience in the related field, preferably assistant manager / managers specializing in property or estate or equivalent
