Property Manager Operations | Full Time | Student Accommodation Management | Christchurch, NZ

About the Role

• Full Time position – 40 hours per week (with some after hours and weekend work required)
• Reporting to the General Manager Portfolio and managing a diverse group of 24/7 operating staff
• Be a member of the first response team and attend to critical incidents outside of office hours
• Manage day‑to‑day operations including customer service, reporting, budgeting, planning, marketing and owner & stakeholder relations
• Manage pastoral care and conduct matters, referring residents to community and university support networks as required
• Recruit, manage and develop a team of high‑performing employees
