Property Manager

We are seeking a Property Manager for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape.

Duties & Responsibilities

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

1. Grade 12 with relevant degree / diploma and good computer literacy
2. 10 years’ experience in the property environment with at least 5 years’ experience in property management
3. Leasing experience with an existing network of retail and commercial tenants, on a national and regional scale
4. Must be prepared to travel throughout EC and sleep out

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

1. Maintain high occupancy level and attract tenants by advertising
2. Conclude lease agreements with new tenants and renewals
3. Overall management of lease agreements
