We’re partnering with a growing, developer-linked agency seeking a capable Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio within a collaborative team environment. With strong systems, clear processes, and shared support across a -property rent roll, this is a role where you can thrive - not burn out.

The Role 
You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately properties end-to-end, supported by a tight-knit team of 3 Property Managers. Your day-to-day will include:

Managing a residential portfolio across Sydney

Conducting open homes & processing leasing applications

Handling ingoings, routine inspections & outgoings

Managing maintenance requests & coordinating repairs

Monitoring arrears & issuing notices when required
