• Oversee and manage daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and enforce property management policies and procedures.
• Assist in leasing activities including tenant screening, lease agreements, and move-in coordination.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and promptly respond to inquiries or complaints.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineer
• Experience Level: At least years of property management or real estate experience.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
• Location : Willing to be assigned in General Trias, Cavite
