The role involves conducting regular inspections, coordinating maintenance activities, managing tenant requests, and supporting multiple service providers to ensure operational efficiency across all facilities. The officer plays a key role in ensuring that all operational activities are executed in line with established procedures, compliance requirements, and service standards.
This position requires strong field operations experience, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams including FM, housekeeping, security, and helpdesk functions.
