Our client, a property management company is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Property team supporting Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have high rise experience, experience with centralized HVAC systems and working on multi-family apartment units which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician**

**Location: Green Bay, WI**

**Pay Range: $52,000 to $60,320 + commissions and bonus potential**

**What’s the Job?**

+ _Handles all work orders and property maintenance duties_
+ Completing work orders in a timely fashion and following all maintenance processes and procedures
+ Following a preventive maintenance program and performing routine preventive maintenance
+ Overseeing work performed by outside contractors as necessary
+ Fixing plumbing and electrical problems
