About the Role

• Work on a range of commercial and residential property disputes including tenancies, ground rent, service charge recovery, possessions, lease renewals, dilapidations and rent reviews.
• Manage your own caseload of files and work as part of a team on major disputes, often cross‑firm teams, with opportunities to lead these teams.

About the Candidate

You will be a talented Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE, able to provide up‑to‑date, commercially focused advice to clients.
