This is an opportunity to join a practice known for its commercial, solution-driven approach to property disputes , acting for a broad client base including landlords, tenants, developers, investors and private individuals. The team is recognised for combining technical excellence with real commercial judgement , delivering pragmatic advice tailored to each client’s objectives.

You will work on a varied caseload spanning both residential and commercial property disputes, including:

• Boundary and neighbour disputes
• Rights of way and easements
• Dilapidations and forfeiture
