We are looking for a Leasing Executive with 5–7 years of experience in leasing and business development for commercial office spaces and retail developments.

Location: Noida

Key responsibilities include:

- Client acquisition & leasing coordination

- Handling broker and channel partner networks

- Conducting site visits and negotiations

- Tenant sourcing for office and retail spaces

- Preparing proposals, LOIs & leasing documentation

- Market research and business development
