PROPERTY & FACILITIES MANAGER
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and hands-on Property & Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and improvement projects across a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This is a dynamic jack-of-all-trades role that combines facilities management, vendor coordination, project oversight, property administration, and executive support.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. They will serve as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters, coordinate vendors and service providers, oversee maintenance and improvement projects, and assist with various operational needs.
