Manage sub‑work contractors to ensure an orderly, functional, and sustainable estate environment.
Prepare monthly real estate reports, including lease documents and utility usage (electrical, water, air‑conditioning).
Maintain and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as landlords, agencies, suppliers, and customers.
Address internal key stakeholders requirements involving the usage of estate facilities (e.g., events in pantry/townhall, labs, offices, new hire onboarding).
Provide ad‑hoc support to the Operations Team in preparing communication memos.
Assist in planning and coordinating internal team events.
