Responsibilities
  • Support, coordinate, maintain, and populate estate facilities (e.g., security systems, lighting, air‑conditioning).
  • Manage sub‑work contractors to ensure an orderly, functional, and sustainable estate environment.
  • Prepare monthly real estate reports, including lease documents and utility usage (electrical, water, air‑conditioning).
  • Maintain and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as landlords, agencies, suppliers, and customers.
  • Address internal key stakeholders requirements involving the usage of estate facilities (e.g., events in pantry/townhall, labs, offices, new hire onboarding).
  • Provide ad‑hoc support to the Operations Team in preparing communication memos.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal team events.
