Job Title

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience + commission after the first 3 months

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Business Management (non-negotiable)
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (speak, read, and write)
• Sotho speaking will be beneficial
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Be able to work during the weekend for showing “ON SHOW” unit

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist potential buyers in purchasing units/properties within the developments
• Explain prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related information relating to their purchase journey
• Showing clients development plans and taking clients through to the show-houses for them to view and persuade them to purchase the best-suited product
