Role Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or relevant Property-related qualification.
• Registered with the PPRA.
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
• PDE 4 Certification.

Experience

• Minimum 5 10 years experience in a similar property leasing, development, or business development role.
• Proven experience negotiating and concluding commercial leasing transactions.
• Strong understanding of commercial, logistics, and industrial property markets.
• Experience managing property development-related transactions.
• Established network within the property industry.

Knowledge

• Commercial property leasing principles and practices.
• Property development processes and lifecycle.
• Real estate market dynamics and industry trends.
• Contract negotiation and lease administration.
• Property legislation and regulatory requirements.
