The Dealmaker is responsible for identifying, securing, and concluding leasing opportunities across commercial, logistics, and warehousing property portfolios.

The role focuses on generating new business, attracting prospective tenants, managing lease negotiations, and driving deal closure while collaborating with internal stakeholders to support portfolio growth and maximise occupancy levels.

Salary: R90 000 to R110 000 per month.

Duties and Responsibilities:
