            Responsibilities Assist clients with buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties 
Network with potential clients to build a robust pipeline 
Conduct property viewings and inspections 
Prepare market analysis and provide expert advice on market trends 
Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure client satisfaction 
Advise clients on legal requirements and financing options 
Requirements At least 1 year of experience in real estate investment or the finance sector 
Proven sales background with strong negotiation abilities 
Fluency in both Mandarin and English 
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms 
Valid UAE driver's license is preferred 
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry practices
