Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, DLD regulations, off-plan payment plans, and ROI yield calculations for global investors.
Exceptional negotiation and cold-calling skills. Candidates fluent in high-demand investor languages (Russian, Mandarin, French, or Arabic) will be given top priority.
