Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support a commercial real estate portfolio. This role focuses on high-volume data entry, document management, and reporting across multiple properties in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain property files and documentation
- Perform high-volume data entry in Excel (tracking, templates, financial data)
- Upload and manage documents in SharePoint
- Audit records and resolve missing documentation
- Maintain consistent file structure and naming conventions
- Support accounting workflows with data input
- Conduct monthly property inspections and compile reports
- Handle general administrative tasks (calls, document editing)
- Manage ~10 properties with competing priorities and deadlines
