Excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Admin & Accounts Assistant to join a great team within the head office of Castle Towers.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Administration Manager some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Working within the admin team to build a strong working relationship with landlords, tenants and customers
- Liaising with sub-contractors for workflow – coordinating repair & maintenance requests
- Raising purchase orders
- Maintaining databases
- Oversee the rental arrears collection process
- Complete the monthly rent roll process (process and issue tenant invoices)
- Raise monthly charges
- Account & petty cash reconciliations
