Excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Admin & Accounts Assistant to join a great team within the head office of Castle Towers.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Administration Manager some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working within the admin team to build a strong working relationship with landlords, tenants and customers
  • Liaising with sub-contractors for workflow – coordinating repair & maintenance requests
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Maintaining databases
  • Oversee the rental arrears collection process
  • Complete the monthly rent roll process (process and issue tenant invoices)
  • Raise monthly charges
