Job Description
The successful candidate will play a crucial role within the Properties Department, providing support in the management of SIA’s (including subsidiaries) real-estate portfolio of owned and leased properties worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source, negotiate, and secure property deals for SIA, including leasing, purchasing, sale, and development of properties for residential, commercial, and industrial use. Ensure all agreements reached reflect fair market value and favourable terms.Oversee the administration of all local and overseas leases for SIA, with a special focus on ensuring that premises supporting SIA’s operations are managed optimally.
