Role Overview The Projects Executive supports the Projects Manager in coordinating project execution from sales handover through to completion. This role ensures smooth communication, timeline adherence, and budget tracking across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities - Support Projects Manager in overall project planning and execution
- Act as the key coordinator between Sales, Design, Procurement, QS, and Operations
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and daily follow-ups
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor project budgets together with Quantity Surveyor
- Prepare project schedules, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate site activities, logistics, and vendor schedules
- Ensure all approvals, drawings, and materials are ready before execution
