Our client in the Environmental Industry requires the services of a Projects & Contracts Manager to plan, coordinate and execute projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key performance areas:
Lead and manage landscaping environmental projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop project plans, Gantt schedules, and budgets, allocating resources and identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
Understand cost control, budget and allowable, exercising control from project commencement to completion.
Ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements, maintaining documentation and records as necessary.
