Job Summary

The Projects and Loan Operations Officer provides oversight on centralized project management and day‑to‑day operational oversight for Loans Services and Trade Services Group (LTSG). He/she coordinates project activities across all of LTSG, supports project planning and execution, communicates project updates and schedules, ensures deliverables are on track, schedules meetings and sets agendas, monitors issues, and implements fixes. The officer also leads and develops strategies for process enhancements and improvements.
