Lead and manage site execution activities for electrical engineering projects, including installation, testing, and commissioning works for MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, DCIS/HMI, and associated electrical systems.
Supervise and coordinate site activities including cable tray installation, cable pulling, panel installation, cable termination, testing, and commissioning works.
Manage site teams comprising supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and technical personnel to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
Monitor project progress and ensure works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, risk assessments, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
