Communicate with the client and their representatives (architect, engineer, and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed about the progress.
Carry out the day‑to‑day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors.
Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders, and quality control measures.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
3 years of experience as a Site Engineer, Civil Engineer, or in a similar role.
Must have a COSH/SO2 Certificate.
