Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Lead to join TZLA's team. This role is essential for ensuring successful project delivery, team coordination, and maintaining high operational standards across our workshops in Mexico, multiple HQs, international supply chains, and global membership base. Occasional travel required. This role requires comfort working across time zones and adapting to on-the-ground operational constraints (vendors, scheduling, supply, and production realities) as well as technical expertise in the delivery of high-tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Leading multiple projects from inception to completion
Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring clear communication
Implementing and maintaining project management methodologies, standards, and artifacts as defined by the PMO
