Must be able to procure and manage sub-contractors from pre-contract to final account.

Be able to complete monthly CVRs.

Produce and agree client variations.

Completion of monthly valuation process with the client.

IT Literate.

Confident to have monthly site meetings with the client in attendance.

Availability say 4-5 weeks time and interview normal working hours in the week.
