Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience during site visits and presentations
- Conduct detailed project walkthroughs including layouts, amenities, and configurations
- Ensure accurate customer data capture and CRM updates prior to sales interactions
- Support sales team during high footfall periods, launches, and events
- Handle pre-sales and CP leads including follow-ups and database activation
- Coordinate customer registrations, documentation, and agreement processes
- Engage with channel partners during site visits and assist in deal coordination
- Support CP onboarding, invoicing, and brokerage coordination with internal teams
