            Responsibilities Assist in preparation of tender programmes as per the tender documents requirement. 
Coordinate with the Sr Planner for preparation of detailed programmes as per contract requirements. 
Propose the productivity sheet for the project. 
Coordinate with the Sr Planner for calculating the manpower requirements trade-wise as per the defined productivity. 
Prepare a weight system. 
Coordinate with the Sr Planner for loading the manpower major quantities, weightage and cost over the activities of the programme of work as required. 
Estimate the project's cash flow. 
Prepare the project's measurement tools such as S-curve, tabular reports, histograms and other KPIs. 
Highlight the critical paths and take the necessary actions in coordination with other project key staff. 
Ensure that QHSE requirements are integrated into the programmes.
