The Role

We’re looking for a Project Officer (Youth & Child Safety) to lead projects, partnerships, and programs that support young people and strengthen community wellbeing across the Georges River area.

In this role, you will plan and deliver initiatives that help young people feel more connected, supported, and able to participate in their community.

You’ll also play a key role in making sure Council is a child-safe organisation. This means leading the implementation of policies and programs that protect children and young people, meet legal requirements, and promote a strong culture of safety across the organisation.
