An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the College as the Project Officer, Workforce and Rural Health, within the Department of Policy, Research and Partnerships. Working closely with the Manager, Workforce and Rural Health Strategy, you will help coordinate and deliver ACEM’s Rural Health Action Plan (RuHAP) and Workforce Strategy – key initiatives addressing workforce challenges in emergency medicine and health equity across regional, rural and remote Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

This is a hands-on role combining project coordination, analytical insight, stakeholder engagement and committee secretariat support. You will lead delivery of strategy initiatives, oversee project documentation in line with the ACEM Project Management Framework, and provide secretariat support to the Workforce Committee and the Regional, Rural and Remote Advisory Committee.
