Description

Special Project - San Isidro/Southville, Rodriguez, Rizal - Oversee the daily implementation of the RAC vocational training program, ensuring smooth coordination among trainees, trainers, and partner organizations. The role includes trainee identification, training facilitation, supervision in their in-house training, facilitation of the trainees job placement, and project monitoring and act as a house parent during the TESDA training, residing in the dormitory to supervise trainee.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
