This individual will leverage insights from testing results, audits, and operational metrics to identify risks, improve processes, and ensure adherence to established quality and regulatory standards This position requires close, day-to-day collaboration with the customer, internal delivery teams, laboratory/testing partners, and external vendors, and includes direct management of a small onsite program team.
