Garver is seeking a Water/Wastewater Treatment Project Manager to join our established Texas Water team working on municipal water and wastewater treatment facility specific projects. The position is located in El Paso, TX managing significant treatment facility projects in Texas and surrounding states. The Project Manager will manage projects consisting of design reports, studies, technical memoranda, detailed plans, and specifications. The Project Manager must be capable of working closely with municipal clients to ensure their expectations of services are exceeded.
