Tasks
Manage a portfolio of projects Coordinate the delivery of multiple projects within a transformation program Ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational strategic goals Provide operational project/program management, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline and quality standards, with proper risk control and stakeholder engagement Manage risks including identification, impact assessment, coordination and monitoring of mitigation actions Monitor project/program objectives during execution Coordinate the collection and documentation of business requirements in close cooperation with the Business Owner Manage changes within the project/program Maintain ongoing communication and reporting across project/program teams and coordinate ...
