Responsibilities

• Stakeholder & Business Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between business units and the Technology department to capture, analyze, ensuring all tech initiatives align with bank's goals.
• End-to-End Delivery Management: Take full ownership of the project lifecycle—from initial scoping and to final deployment—ensuring that high-quality fintech solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Technical Orchestration: Translate complex business needs into actionable functional specifications for respective engineering and infrastructure teams, facilitating smooth communication and resolving technical bottlenecks throughout the development process.
• Timeline Management: Keep projects on track from start to finish, ensuring milestones are met and high-quality results are delivered on time.
