Role: Project Manager

Work Location: Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Project team and engage with all stakeholders and clients across technical, commercial, and management aspects.

2. Review and analyze client requirements and specifications.

3. Coordinate with the Design Engineering and technical support team for reviewing technical specifications, ensuring compliance, and managing cost estimation and design coordination for SS electrical, civil, and mechanical works.

4. Prepare and monitor Project Job Cost Analysis in line with project duration, milestones, and cash flow requirements.

5. Monitor and review the Project Time Schedule as per client requirements and approval.

6. Responsible for scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting of projects, and monitoring.

7. Maintain and complete Project Key Performance Indicators.
