Requirements : Degree in Building /Civil Engineering /Architectural with at least 7-8 years related working experience in residential buildings. Diploma in Bldg/Civil Eng/Architectural/Quantity Surveying with at least 15 years related working experience. Possession of SCDP / CCPP certification would be advantage.
Responsibilities: Able to coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants and relevant authorities. Able to handle all trades of works on-site (ie structural works, architectural works,building works, M&E works, interior fitting-out works).
