Project Manager / Senior Manager of Project and Construction Management

Responsibilities

• Collate and maintain tracking schedules to ensure External Works teams respond on time to Main Contractor and Lead Consultant submissions and review processes for shop drawings, RFIs, material submissions, method statements, ITPs, lifting plans, QA and Safety Plans, and similar documents.
• Coordinate among team members to guarantee that all interfaces, including the above documentation, are managed in a timely manner.
• Track changes generated through the design and construction process.
• Assist in identifying early warnings and risks that could impact project cost and schedule.
• Prepare progress meeting minutes, detailed and accurate project reports, work schedules, implementations, and deviations.
