About the Role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Project Manager – Sales Assistant to support both project coordination and sales operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting project execution while contributing to client management and sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities and timelines.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
• Act as a liaison between clients, sales team, and project execution teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client communications.
• Help ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams as needed.
